    摘要:
    阻燃涂料是通过紫外线固化技术使用磷酸三(丙烯酰氧乙基)酯(TAEP)和异氰脲酸三缩水甘油酯丙烯酸酯(TGICA)制备的。FTIR-ATR 光谱和扫描电子显微镜 (SEM) 的结果表明,阻燃涂层成功地涂覆在棉织物表面。通过微量燃烧量热仪(MCC)和极限氧指数(LOI)研究了处理过的织物的阻燃性。与未处理的棉相比,棉包覆的阻燃涂料具有较低的峰值放热率(PHRR)、放热能力(HRC)、总燃烧热(THC)和较高的 LOI 值。TGA 测试结果表明,阻燃涂层降低了处理织物的分解温度。通过实时 FTIR 分析和热重分析/红外光谱 (TGA-IR) 监测棉花的热分解。增强的阻燃作用可能是由 TAEP 结构的热分解引起的,产生酸性中间体,可与织物反应以改变其热分解过程。
