  摘要：

  阻燃涂料是通过紫外线固化技术使用磷酸三（丙烯酰氧乙基）酯（TAEP）和异氰脲酸三缩水甘油酯丙烯酸酯（TGICA）制备的。FTIR-ATR 光谱和扫描电子显微镜 (SEM) 的结果表明，阻燃涂层成功地涂覆在棉织物表面。通过微量燃烧量热仪（MCC）和极限氧指数（LOI）研究了处理过的织物的阻燃性。与未处理的棉相比，棉包覆的阻燃涂料具有较低的峰值放热率（PHRR）、放热能力（HRC）、总燃烧热（THC）和较高的 LOI 值。TGA 测试结果表明，阻燃涂层降低了处理织物的分解温度。通过实时 FTIR 分析和热重分析/红外光谱 (TGA-IR) 监测棉花的热分解。增强的阻燃作用可能是由 TAEP 结构的热分解引起的，产生酸性中间体，可与织物反应以改变其热分解过程。
