  本发明提供一种具有双功能的脂质材料，是槲皮素‑脂质分子通过二硫键共价结合的脂质材料，具有还原敏感和P‑gp抑制作用的脂质材料。再采用溶剂扩散法制备载紫杉醇槲皮素‑脂质分子的脂质纳米粒，由该材料制备的脂质纳米粒结构中的槲皮素与紫杉醇能够产生π‑π重叠，显著增加了纳米粒对紫杉醇的负载。通过槲皮素与脂质分子的二硫键连接，实现了槲皮素‑脂质纳米粒在高浓度还原物质下的响应性裂解，快速释放大量游离药物，而在正常细胞内不会产生明显的载体裂解快速释放游离药物，对正常细胞的安全性较好。同时裂解后产生的槲皮素能够与P‑gp结合，抑制P‑gp，从而减少了肿瘤细胞对游离药物的外排，增加了药物的胞内滞留，有利于提高疗效。脂质材料的结构式如下：
