New syntheses of 4-alkoxy-3-methoxy-5H-benzocycloheptenes and 2-alkoxy-3-methoxy-5H-benzocycloheptenes were studied. Based on Claisen rearrangement, O-alkylation, nucleophilic addition of allyl magnesium bromide, ring-closing metathesis, and dehydration, a series of new 4-alkoxy-3-methoxy-5H-benzocycloheptenes and 2-alkoxy-3-methoxy-5H-benzocycloheptenes were respectively synthesized from isovanillin
研究了4-烷氧基-3-甲氧基-5H-苯并环庚烯和2-烷氧基-3-甲氧基-5H-苯并环庚烯的新合成方法。基于克莱森重排、O-烷基化、烯丙基溴化镁的亲核加成、闭环复分解和脱水,一系列新的4-烷氧基-3-甲氧基-5H-苯并环庚烯和2-烷氧基-3-甲氧基-5H-苯并环庚烯分别由异香草醛合成,总收率良好。
