  摘要：

  研究发现，景天科植物景天属（Sedum sarmentosum）全株热水提取物的甲醇浸出部分对原代培养小鼠肝细胞中<小>D半乳糖胺诱导的细胞毒性具有保肝作用。从活性组分中分离出了五种新的巨黄芪苷，即沉香苷 A4、A5、A6、H 和 I，以及 22 种巨黄芪成分。根据化学和物理化学证据，阐明了它们的绝对立体结构。其中，沉香甙 F1（IC50=47 μ<小>M）、(3S,5R,6S,9R)-巨天麻素-3,9-二醇（61 μ<小>M）、myrsinionosides A（52 μ<小>M）和 D（62 μ<小>M）具有很强的保肝活性。
