制备方法与用途

化学性质
烯虫是一种淡黄色油状液体,沸点为87-89℃(6.65×10^-4kPa),相对密度为1.1294(20/4℃),折光率为1.495。它在24℃中的溶解度为110mg/L,并能溶于多数有机溶剂,对热和光照都比较稳定。

用途
烯虫是一种触杀性杀虫剂,兼有胃毒作用,主要用于防治蟑螂、苍蝇、蚊子等害虫,也可用于防治牛虱。它具有触杀和胃毒双重作用,主要通过接触和消化道进入害虫体内发挥作用。

生产方法
在催化剂和缚酸剂的存在下,3-羟基丁烯酸异丙酯反应生成中间体,再与甲醇乙胺缩合得到烯虫。具体工业生产中,将三丁胺加入到乙酰乙酸异丙酯的混合物中,加料时在-3℃下搅拌冷却4.5小时后分离出粘稠油状液体。随后,使用甲苯和石油醚进行过滤,并去除三丁基氯化铵。滤液在30℃下真空浓缩,残存物加入甲醇并快速降至0℃,搅拌4小时后再加入70%乙胺溶液,在-5℃下加料并在0℃搅拌4.5小时。反应混合物使用10%盐酸溶液提取两次,第二次提取时加入石油醚以提高提取效率。最后,用石油醚、和碱洗,再用无硫酸干燥,除去溶剂后得到烯虫。原料消耗定额为:三丁胺670kg/t、乙酰乙酸异丙酯520kg/t、650kg/t、甲醇470kg/t、乙胺(70%)820kg/t。
