Convenient methods for the synthesis of a series of organophosphorus analogs of glycine containing aminomethyl groups as well as azaheterocyclic and amino acid moieties have been developed. Aminomethylation of phosphinic acid esters with chloro-, alkoxy- and amino-substituted methyl(dialkyl)amines affords various new functionalized aminomethylphosphonites and bis(aminomethyl)phosphinates. The resulting compounds

The various methods of aminomethylation of some PH-acids with proline and their derivatives are investigated. The numerous derivatives of proline and corresponding phosphonates, phosphonites, phosphinates, and phosphorane with proline moieties are presented.

aminomethylation of the several esters of hypophosphorous acid using chloro-, alkoxy-, and amino-substituted methylamines of various structure is proposed as convenient method for the synthesis of newfunctionalizedaminomethylphosphonites and bis(aminomethyl)phosphinates. Also O,O-diethyl(pivaloyl)phosphonite is successfully applied in the aminomethylation as a synthetic analog of unstable diethoxyphosphine.
