A series of variously substituted 1,3‐thiazole heterocyclic compounds (3a–3d) were prepared by base‐catalyzed S‐cyclization of corresponding 2,4‐dichloro‐N‐[(4‐substitutedphenyl)amino]carbonothioyl}benzamide (2a–2d) with acetophenone in the presence of bromine. The structure of all compounds was established by IR, 1H‐NMR, 13C‐NMR, elemental analysis, and X‐ray crystallographic analysis.
通过相应的2,4-二氯-N -[((4-取代苯基)氨基]羰硫基}苯甲酰胺(2a)的碱催化S环化反应制备了一系列不同取代的1,3-噻唑杂环化合物(3a - 3d)– 2d)在溴存在下与苯乙酮。所有化合物的结构均通过IR,1 H-NMR,13 C-NMR,元素分析和X射线晶体学分析确定。
