E)-buta-1,3-dienes and (E)-but-1-en-3-ynes has been developed. The one-pot ruthenium-catalyzed silylative coupling/iododesilylation sequence provides (E)-N-(2-iodovinyl)phthalimide 1, which undergoes palladium-catalyzed Suzuki–Miyaura or Sonogashira cross-coupling to afford stereodefined highly π-conjugated phthalimides and functionalized dienimides containing phthalimide groups.
(E)-N-(2-芳基乙烯基)邻苯二甲酰亚胺以及含邻苯二甲酰亚胺的(E,E)-buta-1,3-二烯和(E)-but -1-en-的区域和立体选择性合成的新方法已经开发了3-ynes。一锅钌催化的甲硅烷基化偶联/碘化硅烷基化序列提供了(E)-N-(2-碘乙烯基)邻苯二甲酰亚胺1,其经过钯催化的Suzuki-Miyaura或Sonogashira交叉偶联,得到立体确定的高度π共轭的邻苯二甲酰亚胺并进行了功能化含有邻苯二甲酰亚胺基团的二烯酰亚胺。
