  摘要：

  利用硼化学将一种新的乙酰化程序应用于 13 种芳基甲基醚。在这一过程中，芳基甲基醚的脱甲基化和所得苯酚的乙酰化被合并为一个过程，以缩短阶段数量并实现简易纯化。通过这种方法，从它们的甲氧基衍生物合成了 11 种已知的含/不含溴和两种新的[双（3,4-二乙酰氧基苯基）甲酮和 5,5'-亚甲基双（1,2-二乙酰氧基-3,4-二溴苯）（一种天然溴酚的乙酰化衍生物）]乙酰化炔化合物。从天然溴苯酚的甲醚中制备出乙酰化天然溴苯酚，证明了该方法的有效性。通过水解乙酰化天然溴苯酚可以得到苯酚形式。因此，该方法在酚类化合物天然产物化学方面的优势得到了证实。

  A series of bromophenol derivatives were synthesized and evaluated as protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B (PTP1B) inhibitors in vitro and in vivo based on bromophenol 4e (IC50 = 2.42 μmol/L), which was isolated from red algae Rhodomela confervoides. The results showed that all of the synthesized compounds displayed weak to good PTP1B inhibition at tested concentration. Among them, highly brominated compound

  Two new bromophenols, 2,2′,3,3′-tetrabromo-4,4′,5,5′-tetrahydroxydiphenylmethane and 2,2′,3-tribromo-3′,4,4′,5-tetrahydroxy-6′-methoxymethyldiphenylmethane have been isolated from the red alga, Rhodomela larix.
