摘要:
A hydrazone compound N-(3,5-dichlorosalicylidene)-4-nitrobenzohydrazide and its dioxomolybdenum(VI) complex have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, infrared spectroscopy, and single-crystal X-ray determinations. The ligand crystallized in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/n, with a = 7.402(1), b = 13.429(2), c = 16.668(2) angstrom, = 99.718(2)degrees, V = 1633.0(4) angstrom(3), Z = 4, R-1 = 0.0359, and wR(2) = 0.0811. The complex crystallized in the monoclinic space group P2(1)/c, with a = 13.443(1), b = 7.222(1), c = 18.997(2) angstrom, = 91.889(2)degrees, V = 1843.2(3) angstrom(3), Z = 4, R-1 = 0.0289, and wR(2) = 0.0652. The asymmetric unit of the ligand contains a hydrazone molecule and a methanol molecule. In the complex, the Mo atom is coordinated by one hydrazone ligand, one methanol molecule, and two oxo O atoms, forming an octahedral coordination. The ligand coordinates to the Mo atom through the phenolate O, imine N, and enolic O atoms. Supplemental materials are available for this article.
