An asymmetric character of the internal cavities provided by novel cage-type cyclophanes, two triaza[3.3.3]paracyclophanes linked with three chiral bridging components, was clarified by means of circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy and a computer-aided molecular modeling study based on molecular mechanics conformational search.
