6-Aryl-2.3-dihydro-3-oxopyrrolo[2,1-b]thiazole-7-carboxylic acids ethyl esters were prepared by refluxing 2-[3-(2-aryl-2-oxoethyl)-4-oxo-2-thiazolidinylidene]acetic acid ethyl esters in POCl 3 . An amination of the obtained pyrrolo[2,1-b]thiazole derivatives with primary aliphatic amines was found to yield N-alkyl-2-[(4-aryl-3-ethoxycarbonyl-2-pyrrolyl)thio]acetamides and -propanamides.
通过回流 2-[3-(2-aryl-2-oxoethyl)-4-oxo-2 制备 6-Aryl-2.3-dihydro-3-oxopyrrolo[2,1-b]thiazole-7-甲酸乙酯POCl 3 中的-噻唑烷亚基]乙酸乙酯。发现得到的吡咯并[2,1-b]噻唑衍生物与脂肪族伯胺的胺化产生N-烷基-2-[(4-芳基-3-乙氧基羰基-2-吡咯基)硫代]乙酰胺和丙酰胺。
