A series of 1,4-dihydropyridine derivatives (1a–g) were prepared from three compounds condensation reaction of ethylacetoacetate, aromatic aldehyde and ammonium hydroxide. A new series of compounds (2a–g) were prepared from compounds (1a–g) via reaction with thiosemicarbazide using the condensation method. 由乙酰乙酸乙酯,芳族醛和氢氧化铵的三种化合物缩合反应制得一系列1,4-二氢吡啶衍生物(1a – g)。通过缩合方法与硫代氨基脲反应,由化合物(1a - g)制备了一系列新的化合物(2a - g)。通过IR,1 H NMR,13 C NMR,质谱和元素分析确认合成的化合物。还对合成的化合物(1a – g)和(2a – g)进行了抗凝血性能筛选。
