The curable base-coat composition has adhesive active points to curable clear-coat compositions comprising the acid curing agents blocked chemically and the resins containing epoxy groups or curable clear-coat compositions of the polyol-melamine type and/or the polyol-melamine-polyisocyanate type and gives a cured film having excellent cured film properties.
