Abstract A variety of 2-phosphonomethyl N-amidobenzimidazoles and 2-phosphonomethyl N-hydrazidobenzimidazoles has been efficiently synthesized by treatment of 2-phosphonométhyl N-ethoxycarbonylbenzimidazoles respectively with the appropriate prim amines and hydrazines. The structure of these products was confirmed by IR, NMR(1H, 13C, 31P) spectroscopy and mass spectra.
摘要 通过分别用合适的伯胺和肼处理2-膦酰基甲基N-乙氧基羰基苯并咪唑,已经有效地合成了多种2-膦酰基甲基N-酰氨基苯并咪唑和2-膦酰基甲基N-酰肼基苯并咪唑。这些产物的结构经IR、NMR(1H、13C、31P)光谱和质谱证实。
