    Two novel solid-phase routes to the pharmaceutically relevant dibenzoxazepinone nucleus are described. In one, a key cyclisation step involves intramolecular phenolate displacement of an activated aryl fluoride.     Synthetic Approaches to Amino Analogues of N-Acetylcolchinol
    摘要:
    A straightforward synthesis of aminodibenzoxepines, new analogues of N-acetyleolchinol, is reported by using two different strategies. The first strategy involves a Grignard addition, a biaryl Suzuki-Miyaura coupling, and a HF-mediated cyclodehydration as key steps. A second strategy, better adapted to the synthesis of analogues bearing a benzylic substituent, was designed by inverting the order of the Grignard addition and the biaryl coupling. This allowed the rapid and reliable production of a series of substituted aminodibenzoxepines. A chelate model was proposed to account for the diastereoselectivity observed in the Grignard addition step.

Electrically conductive layer 102 contains active ingredient D and basic water swelling methacrylate copolymer P1 and/or acidic water swelling methacrylate copolymer P2. Electrode 101 and electrically conductive layer 102 are placed into a hollow of backing 103 and electrode terminal 104 is connected to electrode 101 through backing 103. Adhesive layer 105 is set around backing 103, and liner 106 to be removed when using the device, is placed so as to cover the hollow of backing 103.

    The present invention provides an iontophoresis device allowing effective and continuous absorption for a long period. The iontophoresis device comprises the first electrode structure (100a) and the second electrode structure (110a) each having a hydrophilic conductive layer (102a, 112a) containing active ingredient and an electrode member (101a, 111a), and a power supply (120a) having polarity inverting means for switching over a current direction between the two electrode structures, wherein at least one of the first and the second electrode structures contains chloride ions and before administration, a chloride-ion content (P mg) is within a range satisfying the following equation:1.0 × (I × T × 0.022) ≤ P    wherein T represents a polarity inverting time (min) until polarity is inverted after energization in a certain direction and I represents an average current (mA).
