Synthesis and In-Vitro Antimicrobial Activity of Some Heterocyclic Compounds via 7<i>H</i>-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-<i>d</i>]tetrazol-6-ylsulfanyl Acetic Acid Hydrazide

7 H-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-d]tetrazol-6-ylsulfanyl} acetic acid hydrazide was utilized by different reagent, namely isothiocyanates, formic acid, triethyl orthoformate, and carbon disulfide, to yield the corresponding compounds, which were cyclized to construct 1,2,4-triazoles, 1,3,4-oxadiazoles, 1,3,4-thiadiazoles, and 1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazoles.
