    摘要:
    A variety of commercially available alcohols were converted to their bis-(tert-butyl) protected monophosphate pro-drugs. The improved procedure uses the unique combination of imidazole center dot hydrochloride and imidazole as the activator to suppress the formation of undesired phosphonate by-product frequently encountered with the bis-(tert-butyl) phosphoramidite reagents. The new activation procedure eliminates the need to use excess reagents. (C) 2011 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.

    Alkyl and aryl di-tert-butyl phosphates were prepared in high yields by the 1H-tetrazole-promoted phosphitylation of alkyl and aryl alcohols with di-tert-butyl N,N-diethylphosphoramidite, followed by oxidation of the resultant alkyl and aryl di-tert-butyl phosphite triesters with m-chloroperoxybenzoic acid.

    A friction inhibiting compound of the present invention is a friction inhibiting compound including a copolymer (A) that includes a polymerizable monomer (a) and a polymerizable monomer (b) as constituent monomers, wherein the polymerizable monomer (a) includes a specific alkyl acrylate or alkyl methacrylate, the polymerizable monomer(b) is at least one selected from the group consisting of specific hydroxyalkyl acrylates and hydroxyalkyl methacrylates; specific alkyl acrylates and alkyl methacrylates; and aromatic vinyl monomers having 8 to 14 carbon atoms, and a composition ratio of the polymerizable monomer (a) and polymerizable monomer(b) in the copolymer (A), represented by (a):(b), is (10 to 45):(55 to 90) in a molar ratio (provided that a total molar ratio of (a) and (b) is 100), and the weight average molecular weight of the copolymer (A) is 1,000 to 500,000.

    A composite membrane and method for making the same, comprising a porous support and a polyamide surface. The subject membrane provides improved flux and/or rejection rates. The subject membrane is further capable of operating at lower operating pressures. The subject method includes reacting a polyfunctional amine with a polyfunctional acyl halide to form a polyamide. The method includes the step of contacting a complexing agent with the polyfunctional acyl halide prior substantial reaction between the polyfunctional acyl halide and a polyfunctional amine. The subject process is easily adapted to commercial scale manufacturing processes and is particularly suited for making nanofiltration and reverse osmosis composite membranes.
