摘要 氨基亚甲基丙二酸二乙酯与乙酰乙酸乙酯的反应在无水氯化氢的催化下进行,分别形成取代的α-而不是γ-吡啶酮衍生物,这与文献报道相反。此外,发现在该反应中用作起始组分的胺在无水氯化氢的影响下显示出很大的自缩合趋势,生成 5-乙氧基羰基-2-吡啶酮。制备 4-吡啶酮 2,3-二取代衍生物最方便的方法似乎是三步合成,从链烯胺的形成开始,进行环化,然后氧化最后一个中间体。以 3-乙氧基羰基-2-甲基-4-吡啶酮制备为例,证明了逐步合成的有用性。
