基于开环聚合(ROP),可逆加成-断裂链转移(RAFT)过程以及叠氮化物-炔烃环加成反应的综合利用的简便方法被有效地用于构建两亲性五臂ABCDE星形五聚体。miktoarm星由聚(乙二醇)(A),聚(ε-己内酯)(B),聚苯乙烯(C),聚(l-丙交酯)(D),聚(N,N-二甲基氨基乙基甲基丙烯酸甲酯)( E 1),聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯)(E 2)和聚(丙烯酸甲酯)(E 3))。通过连续的ROP和RAFT工艺合成了链中炔烃官能化的BC和DE二嵌段共聚物。两叠氮化物末端官能化的PEG与BC共聚物之间的选择性[3 + 2]点击反应生成了叠氮化物核心官能化的ABC星型三元共聚物,随后与DE共聚物的点击反应提供了分子量明确控制且定义明确的ABCDE星型,低多分散性和精确的组成,如从1所示1 H NMR,GPC和GPC-MALLS分析。DSC分析表明,ABCDE星中的部分聚合物链段是相容的。这种通用方法
