The present invention relates to a synthesis method of difluorosulfonyl imide or salts thereof, and more specifically, to a method for producing difluorosulfonyl imide or salts thereof through a process in which an organosilicon nitrogen compound is dissolved in an organic solvent, and any one selected among fluorosulfonyl chloride (FSO_2Cl), fluorosulfonic acid (FSO_3H), chlorosulfonic acid (ClSO_3H) and dichlorosulfone (ClSO_2Cl) is added thereto and made to react therein. The present invention can produce stable and high-quality difluorosulfonyl imide or salts thereof by using safe organosilicon nitrogen compounds without using amine gas or inorganic amine, and can produce industrial-grade high-purity products in large quantities.
