  本发明公开了一种呋虫胺的合成方法，以γ‑丁内酯为原料，经Aldol缩合、还原两步反应制得3‑羟甲基四氢呋喃，再经Gabriel法合成3‑四氢呋喃甲胺，碳酸二甲酯作为甲基化试剂与尿素合成O‑甲基异脲，再硝化合成O‑甲基‑N‑硝基异脲，然后与甲胺反应合成1，3‑二甲基‑2‑硝基异脲，最后3‑四氢呋喃甲胺与1，3‑二甲基‑2‑硝基异脲通过SN2双分子亲核取代反应，一步法合成呋虫胺。本发明采用无毒的碳酸二甲酯作为甲基化试剂，甲基化反应收率≥95％，O‑甲基异脲含量≥96％，副产物是二氧化碳和甲醇，工艺绿色环保，呋虫胺的总收率≥50％。本发明合成方法降低生产成本的同时，具有三废少、后处理简单、环境友好的优点，适用于工业化生产，带来显著的经济效益。
