  Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Stabilisierung von halogenfreien thermoplastischen Kunststoff-Rezyklaten bzw. vorgeschädigten Kunststoffen gegen oxidativen, thermischen und/oder aktinischen Abbau. Beim erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren wird als Komponente mindestens ein Alditol oder Cyclitol in ein halogenfreies thermoplastischen Kunststoff-Rezyklat sowie ggf. zusätzlich hierzu mindestens ein primäres Antioxidans und/oder mindestens ein sekundäres Antioxidans in ein halogenfreies thermoplastisches Kunststoff-Rezyklat eingebracht. Durch das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren können Kunststoff-Rezyklate mit hoher Wirksamkeit und auf sehr umweltfreundliche und kostengünstige Weise gegen oxidativen, thermischen und/oder aktinischen Abbau stabilisiert werden. Zudem betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung auch entsprechende Rezyklat-basierte Kunststoffzusammensetzungen sowie hieraus hergestellte Formmassen und Formteile. Ferner betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung auch Stabilisator-Zusammensetzungen sowie deren Verwendung zur Stabilisierung von halogenfreien thermoplastischen Kunststoff-Rezyklaten gegen oxidativen, thermischen und/oder aktinischen Abbau.
