A variety of substituted quinoline/pyridine, thiochromene and naphthalene derivatives, which might be of biological and medicinal value, were synthesized by copper‐catalyzed domino SN2′/coupling, SN2′/deacylation/coupling and SN2′/coupling/elimination reactions.
