  从取代的苯胺开始，通过多步骤方法合成了一些新的硫代氨基脲衍生物（5*a-5*b 和 6a-6f）。利用 AutoDock Vina 和 Biovia discovery studio 工具，针对烟碱毒蕈碱受体（蛋白质数据库 [PDB] ID：2XNU）进行了硅对接研究，评估了合成化合物的肌肉松弛活性。此外，还使用转体测试来评估化合物的肌肉松弛活性。结果与普通地西泮进行了比较，以证实这两项研究结果。在硅学测试中，所有化合物都与目标烟碱毒蕈碱受体（PDB ID- 2XNU）发生了2-4次相互作用，结合亲和力在-5.8-7.8 Kcal/mol之间。其中，6a化合物与目标分子的氨基酸TYRC：52、ILE C：88、ALA C：90和GLN C：119有四个氢键相互作用，表现出最显著的松弛活性。此外，旋转体试验表明，5*a 和 6d 复合物的肌肉松弛效果也优于地西泮。

  A general method for the synthesis of 8-arylamino- and 8-(2-benzothiazolylamino)-purines and their 1- and 3-deaza analogs is reported. The need for the presence of the desulfurizing agent in the preparation of the 8-arylamino derivatives is demonstrated and evidence for an intermediate thiourea is provided.
