The present invention relates to a delivery system in the form of a dynamic mixture obtained by reacting together, in the presence of water, at least one hydrazine derivative with at least one perfuming, flavoring, insect repellent or attractant, bactericide and/or fungicide aldehyde or ketone. The invention's mixture is capable of releasing in a controlled and prolonged manner said aldehyde or ketone in the surrounding environment. Furthermore, the present invention concerns also the use of said dynamic mixtures as perfuming ingredients as well as the perfuming compositions or perfumed articles comprising the invention's mixtures.

The 3,5-disubstituted 1-amino-1,3,5-triazine-2,4,6-triones were synthesized in good yields from aromatic aldehyde or ketone ethoxycarbonylhydrazones by treatment with aryl or methyl isocyanates in boiling triethylamine followed by hydrolysis with hydrochloric acid solution.

Cyclic urethane compounds which are useful as antiarrhythmic and antifibrillatory agents, and the pharmaceutically-acceptable salts and esters thereof, characterized in that they have the general structure:
a) Y is an unsaturated, 5- membered heterocycle;
b) R1, R2 and R3 are independently selected from hydrogen, Cl, F, Br, OH and CH3;
c) R4 is C1-C8 alkyl;
d) A is substituted or unsubstituted, saturated or unsaturated, straight-chain or branched C1-C8 heteroalkyl, and A has at least one nitrogen atom which is adjacent to R4.
