    This invention is related to preparation of photosensitive ruthenium based aminoacid monomers and oligomers, aminoacid monomer-protein cross- linking using photo sensitat ion and conjugation on micro and nano-structures by ruthenium-chelate based monomers. Its vast range biotechnolgy applications of multifunctional, biocompatible, stabilE and specific micro and nanobio-conjugates, which will stand-alone or simultaneously enable (i) both purification and determination, (ii) both targeting and imaging and theranostics and (iii) catalysis and determination. The construction and method of preparation is applicable to silica materials, superparamagnetic particles, QDs, CNTs, Ag/ Au nanoparticles and Au surfaces and polymeric materials. The photosensitive aminoacid monomer linkers can react via chemically and biocompatible to a lot of different micro and nano-surface and then to the protein when they act as a single-step cross-linking reaction using irradiation. The photosensitive conjugation based on click biochemistry can be carried out at mild conditions, independent of pH and temperature, without affecting conformation and function of protein.

    The invention also encompases the use of a lipolytic enzyme obtainable from one of the following genera: Streptomyces, Corynebacterium and Thermobifida in various methods and uses, wherein said lipolytic enzyme is capable of hydrolysing a glycolipid or a phospholipid or transferring an acyl group from a glycolipid or phospholipids to a acyl acceptor. Preferably, the lipolytic enzyme for use in these methods and uses comprises an amino acid sequence as shown in any one of SEQ. ID. No.s 4, 5, 7, 8, 12, 14 or 16 or an amino acid sequence having at least 70% identity therewith or comprises a nucleotide sequence shown as SEQ ID No. 3, 6, 9, 13, 15 or 17 or a nulceotide seqeunce which has at least 70% identity therewith. The present invention also relates to a lipolytic enzyme capable of hydrolysing at least a galactolipid or capable of transferring an acyl group from a galactolipid to one or more acyl acceptor substrates, wherein the enzyme is obtainable from Steptomyces species and includes a lipolytic enzyme comprising an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID No. 4 or an amino acid sequence which has at least 60% identity thereto. The enzyme may be encoded by a nucleic acid selected from the group consisting of: a nucleic acid comprising a nucleotide sequence shown in SEQ ID No. 3; a nucleic acid which is related to the nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID No. 3 by the degeneration of the genetic code; and a nucleic acid comprising a nucleotide sequence which has at least 70% identity with the nucleotide sequence shown in SEQ ID No. 3.

    The present invention relates to a tumor tissue-penetrating peptide specifically binding to neuropilin, or a fusion protein, a small molecule drug, a nanoparticle, or a liposome having the peptide fused therein. In addition, the present invention relates to a method for preparing the same and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same for treating, diagnosing, or preventing cancer or angiogenesis-related diseases. The fusion antibody in which a tumor tissue-penetrating peptide according to the present invention is fused to the C-terminus of an anticancer antibody heavy-chain constant region (Fc) achieves the property of specifically binding to neuropilin, and thereby, specifically accumulates in tumor tissue, widens intercellular gaps between tumor vascular endothelial cells, promotes extravasation, increases infiltration within tumor tissue, and thus, shows a remarkably increased in vivo tumor-suppressing activity. Furthermore, the fusion protein having a tumor tissue-penetrating peptide according to the present invention fused therein inhibits the angiogenic function among the functions of neuropilin coreceptors resulting from targeting of neuropilin, and is therefore expected to have an alleviating effect on angiogenesis-related diseases.
