To discover new bioactive lead compounds for medicinal purposes, herein, sulfone biscompounds bearing dihydrothiazoles (3-9, 14, 15), acrylamide (11), thiazolidinones (12, 13, 20), thiophenes (16, 17) and benzothiophene (19) were prepared and tested for their anticancer activity.
