深蓝色粉末,不溶于水、乙酸、乙醇、吡啶和二甲苯及甲苯,微溶于氯仿(热)、邻氯苯酚以及喹啉。在浓硫酸中呈棕色,在稀释后会产生蓝色沉淀。于保险粉碱性溶液中呈蓝色,并且在酸性液中呈现红光蓝色。

用途
还原蓝 RSN 主要用于棉纤维染色及棉布印花,也适用于维棉、涤棉织物的两浴套染。对黏胶纤维着色较浅,可与还原蓝、棕、橄榄等拼接成多种颜色,如深灰色等。此外,还应用于制造油墨用颜料。

生产方法
方法 1:熔融法。以2-氨基蒽醌为原料,经与温合碱碱熔后用保险粉溶液精制得产物;或以2-氨基蒽醌为原料,二甲亚砜为溶剂,与氢氧化钾进行碱熔反应,再经保险粉溶液精制后得产物。

具体步骤如下:

  1. 在缩合锅中加入无水混合碱595kg(氢氧化钾占68%),加热至熔融。然后加入乙酸钠131kg、油酸1.5kg,关闭缩合锅,在氮气保护下于185-190℃条件下反应30min内加入263kg 2-氨基蒽醌,保温1h后加入亚硝酸钠25kg,继续搅拌至完成碱熔反应。
  2. 在精制锅中放入5000L水通氮气驱除空气后,放置碱熔物料并搅拌2小时。降温至约51℃左右加入保险粉110kg,在45℃时结晶析出,过滤洗涤滤饼。用含液碱、保险粉和温水的溶液进行洗涤,并用温水洗至微蓝色。
  3. 在打浆机中加入染料隐色体湿料及适量水打浆后于60℃氧化6小时,再加入扩散剂NNO150kg进行砂磨。喷雾干燥即得成品。

方法 2:溶剂法。
在缩合锅中加入15L二甲亚砜和6.802kg 2-氨基蒽醌,在约1h内升温至132℃使其基本溶解,继续加热至130-150℃维持30min使其完全溶解,然后通入空气降温至128℃。于10分钟内加入4.4L氢氧化钾溶液(39.8%),再通气保温反应4小时后加水过滤、用热水洗涤滤饼抽干。

在精制锅中加入380L水和滤饼,打浆1小时并加入碱27kg(43%氢氧化钠)。升温至56-57℃加入保险粉5.44kg,在保持温度20分钟后降温结晶析出。过滤洗涤滤饼后用特定溶液再洗一次。

在酸化锅中加水100L,将精制滤饼打浆2小时并调体积至200L,加入硫酸调节pH值(约需10kg 12.34%的硫酸)。搅拌20分钟后过滤用水洗涤至中性吹干。进行砂磨即得成品。
