Unusual Ambiphilic Carbenoid Equivalent in Amide Cyclopropanation
摘要:
The titanium-methylene complexes derived from the TiCl4-Mg-CH2Cl2 system serve as a novel class of ambiphilic carbenoid equivalents, which not only efficiently effect cyclopropanations of a variety amides but also exhibit high chemoselectivity.

catalytic formylation and methylation of amines represent convenient and successful protocols for selective CO2 utilization as a C1 building block. This study represents the first example of selective catalytic double N‐formylation of aryl amines by using a dinuclear Mn complex in the presence of phenylsilane. This robust system also allows for selective formylation and methylation of amines under a range

AbstractGraphene oxide (GO), an inexpensive, environment-friendly, and metal-free carbocatalyst, used for the N-formylation of amines is developed. In this reaction, GO shows good activity, selectivity, and recyclability. This strategy has an array of advantages, such as being metal free, without additive, wide-scope protocol, scalable with a low catalyst loading of 3 wt%, use of readily available

(NHC=N‐heterocyclic carbene) have been synthesized and applied to the reductive formylation of amines using CO2 and Ph2SiH2. A rhodium‐based bis(tzNHC) complex (tz=1,2,3‐triazol‐5‐ylidene) was identified to be highly effective at a low catalyst loading and ambient temperature, and a wide substrate scope, includingamines with reducible functional groups, were compatible.
