    摘要:
    Convenient synthesis of 1-O-acyl-3-O-(6'-O-acyl-beta-D-galactopyranosyl)-sn-glycerol was studied. The lipase from Achromobacter sp, catalyzed acylation of 3-O-beta-D-galactopyranosyl-sn-glycerol, which contains two primary hydroxyl functions, proceeded regioselectively to furnish 1-O-acyl-3-O-beta-D-galactopyranosyl-sn-glycerol.

    Abstract

    Lipases that display high regioselectivities and broad substrate tolerance were used as catalysts for the efficient esterification of glycerol under the conditions of irreversible acyl transfer. A variety of unsaturated fatty acids, such as oleic, linoleic, erucic, ricinolic, hydroxystearic and coriolic acid, were used for this purpose in the form of their vinyl esters. Suitable biocatalysts were chosen on the basis of systematic screening experiments regarding their regioselectivities (RE) and substrate tolerances. Distinct differences were found and expressed in numerical RE values as a measure for differences of these biocatalysts as being specific, selective, and nonspecific. Based on these experiments, a variety of molecules were synthesized on a preparative scale (>150 mmol) in good yield (ca.85%) and with high regioisomerical purities (>95% RE).

    The present invention provides a pharmaceutical composition that has excellent safety and targets a different step in the virus propagation cycle than conventional pharmaceutical compositions, applicable as an antiviral agent. A pharmaceutical composition containing an epigallocatechin gallate derivative represented by the following chemical formula (1), an isomer thereof, or a salt thereof is prepared. This can be used as a membrane fusion inhibitor that inhibits viral membrane fusion. In the following formula, R 1 to R 6 are each a hydrogen atom, halogen, sodium, potassium, or a straight-chain or branched, saturated or unsaturated acyl group and may be identical to or different from one another. The acyl group may be substituted further with one or more substituents. At least one of R 1 to R 6 is the acyl group. R 7 to R 16 are each a hydrogen atom, halogen, sodium, or potassium and may be identical to or different from one another.

    An object of the present invention is to provide a β-1,3-glucan derivative which is a polymer having β-1,3-glucan as a main chain, and has thermoplasticity and excellent moldability, and a preparation method thereof.
