  一种苯磷硫胺的生产方法，以多聚磷酸为磷酸酯化试剂，与维生素B1反应，反应完后高温下水解，水解完后，用三辛胺与有机溶剂的混合溶液萃取体系的磷酸后，直接加有机溶剂析出维生素B1的磷酸单酯粗品。得到的粗品不经提纯，直接用水打浆，用液碱调PH值后，与苯甲酰氯反应，过滤固体。滤液调PH值至3.5～4.0析出固体，分离并烘干得到白色固体，即为苯磷硫胺。用该工艺生产得到的苯磷硫胺产率高，产品纯度高，操作简单，对环境友好，适合工业化生产。
