The present invention relates to a method for evaluating a drug that is involved in angiogenesis. The method includes a drug administration step (A) in which the drug that is involved in angiogenesis is administered to a subject that has a lesion. The method also involves: performing an imaging step (1) in which radiography is performed on the subject after the blood vessels thereof have been made to contain metal nanoparticles or an imaging step (2) in which fluorescence staining and fluorescence imaging are performed using a dimeric protein; and evaluating the drug using an image acquired in imaging step (1) or (2).
