Atypical carbon–carbon bond scission and deoxygenation in the protonation of tungsten-η1-oxabicyclic compounds
摘要:
Treatment of tungsten-eta(1)-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]heptadiene and -eta(1)-7-oxabicyclo[2.2.1]heptene with CF3SO3H leads to atypical carbon-carbon bond scission and deoxygenation; the reaction intermediates in the bond scission involves a tungsten-eta(1)-2-hydrofurylium cation.
