  摘要：

  本发明涉及一种柠檬酸锌铵的制备方法，首先，将柠檬酸溶于蒸馏水中得柠檬酸溶液，磁力搅拌下向所述柠檬酸溶液中加入锌粉，反应10‑15min；随后，向所述柠檬酸溶液中加入双氧水，继续搅拌反应2h以上，过滤、洗涤、干燥得白色粉末状的柠檬酸锌；最后，将所述柠檬酸锌加入浓氨水中，搅拌10‑20min，过滤、洗涤并真空干燥即得柠檬酸锌铵。本发明的有益效果是：以锌粉为原料，其纯度高，杂质及有害物质含量少，制得的柠檬酸锌铵可用作可食用补锌强化剂；制备方法相对简单，制备过程中不要求将锌完全转变成柠檬酸锌的水溶液而是直接得到柠檬酸锌白色粉末，中间过程也不会出现氢氧化锌胶体沉淀，故可大量减少水资源的浪费，减小浓缩和废水处理成本。
