    An emulsification apparatus (10) is used in a production apparatus (12) of microcapsules. The emulsification apparatus (10) is constituted with an outer cylinder (24) and an inner cylinder (26) coaxially arranged in a superposed manner, the outer cylinder (24) is fixed, and the inner cylinder (26) is rotated at a circumferential speed ω.
