制备方法与用途

性质

聚己内酯又称聚ε-己内酯,是通过ε-己内酯单体在金属阴离子络合催化剂催化下开环聚合而成的高分子有机聚合物。通过控制聚合条件,可以获得不同的分子量。其外观为白色固体粉末,无毒且不溶于水,易溶于多种极性有机溶剂。

应用

聚(己内酯)具有良好的生物相容性、有机高聚物相容性和生物降解性,可用作细胞生长支持材料,并可与多种常规塑料互相兼容。在自然环境下,6-12个月内即可完全降解。此外,它还具备良好的形状记忆温控性质,广泛应用于药物载体、增塑剂、可降解塑料、纳米纤维纺丝和塑形材料的生产与加工等领域。

材料性能

聚(己内酯)又称聚己内酯二元醇,被广泛应用于聚氨酯弹性体、涂料、胶黏剂等领域。以聚己内酯二元醇制备的聚氨酯制品通常具有较好的柔韧性,经过适度交联后,其拉伸强度、模量、耐溶剂性及耐高温性能等均能得到显著提高。

此外,聚己内酯多元醇同样被广泛应用于上述领域。由该原料制备的弹性体展现出优异的水解稳定性和高、低温性能,并且比传统的聚醚型和普通聚醚型聚氨酯拥有更均衡的性能特点。

    Provided are compositions comprising isotactic polyethers. Methods of making isotactic polyethers, and uses thereof are also disclosed. Also provided are bimetallic complexes that can be used as catalyst. Methods of making isotactic polyethers and bimetallic complexes and uses thereof are also disclosed. For example, a racemic bimetallic (salalen)CrCl polymerization catalyst was prepared and used alkyl diol, PO-oligomer triols, and aPPO and PCL diols as CSAs in order to produce α,ω-hydroxy telechelic iPPO. These telechelic polymers have controlled molecular weights and are semicrystalline. Amorphous α,ω-hydroxy telechelic PPO can also be produced by increasing the reaction temperature in conjunction with the use of CSAs.

    Hydrogels are described which have delayed swelling properties. A hydrogel is formed by reacting a hydrophilic monomer, a first crosslinker, and a second crosslinker. The first crosslinker defines the volume expansion of the hydrogel in an aqueous environment, and the second crosslinker, which is biodegradable, can modulate the swelling rate of the hydrogel in aqueous solution. In its dry state, the hydrogel (xerogel) is flexible and elastic. It can also be cut with a knife or scissors, or molded or shaped by hand. The ready shapeability of the xerogel by trimming or compression affords a superior hydrogel for medical applications.

    An object is to provide a polyvinyl acetal film which has excellent transparency and can suppress a thermal cracking phenomenon. The above object is achieved by providing a polyvinyl acetal film in which a ratio between a composite modulus (GPa) of the highest part in a convex part and a composite modulus (GPa) of the lowest part in a concave part on a surface of a film on a side in contact with glass, calculated by a nanoindentation measurement using a scanning probe microscope, is 0.90 or less, when a laminated glass is formed. In addition, the above object is achieved by providing a polyvinyl acetal film in which a ratio between a hardness (GPa) of the highest part in the convex part and a hardness (GPa) of the lowest part in the concave part, calculated by the SPM nanoindentation measurement, is 0.90 or less.

    A first object of the invention is to provide an interlayer film for laminated glass, which can brighten the entire room by suppressing reduction of the amount of solar light penetrating through a laminated glass and efficiently diffusing the penetrated light, and a laminated glass using the interlayer film. A second object of the invention is to provide a production method for recycling a trim or an out-of-specification product of an interlayer film for laminated glass, the interlayer film using a polyvinyl acetal resin layer and a thermoplastic elastomer layer, and thereby obtaining an interlayer film for laminated glass having secured light transmission properties and light scattering properties. The invention relates to an interlayer film for laminated glass having layer A containing a polyvinyl acetal resin, in which a thermoplastic elastomer is dispersed in layer A, and in the case of producing a laminated glass using the interlayer film, the laminated glass has a haze of 10% or higher and a total light transmittance of 80% or higher.
