Abstract Heterocyclic thioureas having multiple substitutions were prepared in two steps with overall yields of 60–80%. Condensation of a substituted heterocyclic amine with thiocarbonyldiimidazole, followed by treatment with a disubstituted phenylethylamine in dimethyl formamide (DMF), yielded the desired heterocyclic thioureas as crystalline solids.
摘要 多取代的杂环硫脲分两步制备,总产率为60-80%。取代的杂环胺与硫代羰基二咪唑的缩合,然后用二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)中的二取代的苯乙胺处理,得到期望的杂环硫脲,为结晶固体。
