摘要已经开发了一种在无溶剂条件下使用烯胺腈和各种脂族胺合成新型2-氨基-4-(2-oxo-2 H -chromen-3-yl)烟腈的有效方法。3-乙酰基2 H-铬-2--2-(1)与丙二腈在乙醇中以1-脯氨酸为碱反应生成2-(1-(2-oxo-2 H -chromen-3-yl)亚乙基)丙二腈(2)与二甲基甲酰胺二甲基乙缩醛(DMF-DMA)反应导致形成2-(3-(二甲氨基)-1-(2-oxo-2 H -chromen-3-yl)烯基)丙二腈(3)。稍后在无溶剂条件下与各种脂族胺反应,得到标题化合物,即2-氨基-4-(2-氧代-2 H-铬-3-基)烟腈(4)。微波辐照方法也已成功地应用于以优异的收率获得化合物。 图形概要

An efficient green synthesis of novel 3-(4-aminothieno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-5-yl)coumarins has been developed.
