    摘要:
    A series of 32 heterocyclic analogues based on the structure of 2-arachidonoylglycerol (2-AG) were synthesized and tested for their ability to inhibit monoacylglycerol lipase and fatty acid an-tide hydrolase activities. The designed compounds feature a hydrophobic moiety and different heterocyclic subunits that mimic the glycerol fragment. This series has allowed us to carry out the first systematic structure activity relationship study on inhibition of 2-AG hydrolysis. The most promising compounds were oxiran-2-ylmethyl (5Z,8Z,l 11Z,14Z)-icosa-5,8,11,14-tetraenoate (1) and tetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-ylmethyl (5Z,8Z,11Z,14z)-icosa5,8,11,14-tetraenoate (5). They inhibited cytosolic 2-oleoylglycerol (2-OG) hydrolysis completely (IC50 values of 4.5 and 5.6 mu M, respectively). They also blocked, albeit less potently, 2-OG hydrolysis in membrane fractions (IC50 values of 19 and 26,mu M, respectively) and anandamide hydrolysis (IC50 values of 12 and 51 mu M, respectively). These compounds will be useful in delineating the importance of the cytosolic hydrolytic activity in the regulation of 2-AG levels and, hence, its potential as a target for drug development.

    This invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition and a molded article thereof, respectively excellent in flowability and mechanical properties, and, in a preferred mode, also excellent in low warping property, laser transmittance and laser weldability, and provides a thermoplastic resin composition obtained by mixing (B) 0.1 to 4 parts by weight of a polyfunctional compound having three or more functional groups, in which at least one of the terminal structures having the functional groups is a structure containing alkylene oxide units, with (A) 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin, and further provides a molded particle thereof. It is preferred that the (A) thermoplastic resin is one or more selected from a polyester resin and polycarbonate resin.

    A polylactic acid film having excellent transparency and capable of retaining high transparency even when it is exposed to a high temperature. The polylactic acid film is obtained by melt extruding polylactic acid (A) prepared by melt kneading together polylactic acid (B) which comprises an L-lactic acid unit as the main ingredient and polylactic acid (C) which comprises a D-lactic acid unit as the main ingredient in a specific weight ratio, wherein the polylactic acid film has (a) a stereocomplex crystal rate (S) defined by the following equation (i) of 90 % or more: S=(ΔHmsc/ΔHmsc+ΔHmhx100 (in the above equation, ΔHmh is the melting enthalpy of a low-melting point crystal melting peak at a temperature lower than 190°C obtained by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) measurement and ΔHmsc is the melting enthalpy of a high-melting point crystal melting peak at a temperature of 190°C or higher obtained by DSC measurement), (b) a haze of 10 % or less, and (c) a haze change of 5 % or less after it is heated at 140°C for 10 minutes.
