Four new gastrodin derivatives containing a trans-cinnamoyl unit (1–4) and nine known compounds (5–13) were isolated from the rhizomes of Gastrodia elata Blume. All these compounds were evaluated for their neuroprotective effects against 6-hydroxydopamine-induced cell death, and compounds 7 and 12 showed potent activities with EC50 values of 10.5 and 10.2 μM, respectively.
从天麻的根茎中分离出四种含有反式肉桂酰基单元的新天麻素衍生物(1-4)和九种已知化合物(5-13)。评价了所有这些化合物对6-羟基多巴胺诱导的细胞死亡的神经保护作用,化合物7和12表现出有效的活性,EC 50值分别为10.5和10.2μM。
