Chiral ferrocenyl tridentate phosphine ligands were synthesized and used in asymmetric hydroamination reactionscatalyzed by Ni(II)-complexes. Compounds of the type [Ni(PPP)L]2+, where L is a chloride, solvent molecule or a coordinated substrate, were isolated.
