  摘要描述了一种简洁，干净的合成方法，可在无催化剂和无溶剂条件下通过丙酮酸乙酯和苯胺衍生物的二组分缩合反应获得2,5-二氢-1 H-吡咯-2-羧酸酯。该方法的优点是实用简单，无催化剂和无溶剂的条件，高原子经济性，较短的反应时间和良好的产物收率。使用MTT分析评估了合成化合物对MCF7，MOLT-4和HL-60细胞的抗癌能力。在测试的合成2,5-二氢-1 H-吡咯-2-羧酸酯（3a-h，4a-d）中，化合物4d 具有磺酰胺部分的化合物对所有测试的细胞系均表现出良好的细胞毒活性，并且分子对接研究还表明，对接研究的结果与细胞毒性活性合理地吻合。 图形概要在无催化剂和无溶剂条件下，通过丙酮酸乙酯和苯胺衍生物的二组分缩合反应，合成了一系列2,5-二氢-1 H-吡咯-2-羧酸酯衍生物。
