    本发明公开了一种氨基甲酸酯多(甲基)丙烯酸酯及其制备方法和应用,所述制备方法包括如下步骤:S1.环碳酸酯与有机胺发生开环反应,得到氨基甲酸酯多元醇;S2.氨基甲酸酯多元醇与(甲基)丙烯酸酯或(甲基)丙烯酸反应得到所述氨基甲酸酯多(甲基)丙烯酸酯。本发明提供的制备方法无需使用异氰酸酯,采用相对更加环保的原料和化学合成方法,通过催化环碳酸酯与有机胺反应制备氨基甲酸酯多元醇,然后通过催化酯交换反应或酯化反应制备出可辐射固化的氨基甲酸酯多(甲基)丙烯酸酯,成本较低。而且,通过含锂催化剂的使用,能够显著提升开环反应的反应效率,反应时间明显缩短,有利于工业化生产。
