    本发明公开了一种脂肪酰基牛磺酸表面活性剂的制备方法,步骤如下:将脂肪酸、酸酐投入反应器中;缓慢升温至80~160℃,回流反应5~10小时;接入真空‑0.08~‑0.09MPa,温度100~150℃,真空脱气2~10小时;降温至50~90℃;加入牛磺酸盐,反应温度50~300℃,反应1‑10小时;降温得成品;本发明通过对反应原料的优选,剔除掉危险性较大的酰氯,选择相对较为温和的原料,减少工艺的安全风险性;因为不再选用酰氯原料,可以不用通过纯化处理就得到目标产物,减少了废水的排放和环保压力,同时所选原料易得,工艺简单,对设备要求较低,可以实现批量化生产。
