  (EN) Indole ureas of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof wherein: R1, R2 and R3 are independently hydrogen or C1-6alkyl; R4 is hydrogen, C1-6alkyl, halogen, hydroxy or NR8R9 where R8 and R9 are independently hydrogen or C1-6alkyl; R5 and R6 are independently hydrogen or C1-6alkyl; and R7 is hydrogen, C1-6alkyl or halogen; and wherein the urea moiety is attached at the 4-, 5- or 6- position of the indole ring.
