Palladium-Catalyzed Intermolecular Oxidative Coupling Reactions of (<i>Z</i>)-Enamines with Isocyanides through Selective β-C(sp2)-H and/or C=C Bond Cleavage
two efficient palladium‐catalyzed intermolecular oxidative couplingreactions of (Z)‐enamines with isocyanides via selective β‐C(sp2)‐H and/or C=C bond cleavage have been developed, leading to controllable chemodivergent and stereoselective construction of a wide range of (E)‐β‐carbamoylenamine derivatives containing strong intramolecular hydrogen bonds. Furthermore, possible reaction pathways for these
Silica Gel as a Promoter of Sequential Aza-Michael/Michael Reactions of Amines and Propiolic Esters: Solvent- and Metal-Free Synthesis of Polyfunctionalized Conjugated Dienes
and solvent‐free silica‐gel‐promoted synthesis of functionalized conjugated dienes by sequential aza‐Michael/Michael reactions by starting from commercially available primary amines and propiolic esters. The scope and usefulness of the method is demonstrated for 31 examples, including a range of propiolic esters, aliphatic amines, and differently substituted aromatic amines. For aliphatic amines, the

An efficient method for the preparation of β-amino-α,β-unsaturated carbonylcompounds is demonstrated. Bench-stable sodium 3-oxo-enolates were prepared from carbonylcompounds, and reacted with amines in the presence of an acid and a desiccant. DFT studies revealed contrasting mechanisms toward the reactivity of aliphatic amines in protic solvents and aromatic amines in aprotic solvents. While the

A solvent-free method for the addition of amines to dialkylacetylendicarboxylates or alkylpropiolates using a planetary ball mill was developed. Conversion of educts was quantitative within five minutes without use of any catalyst or base. Beside the E-/Z-isomers, no side products were formed. addition - amines - alkynes - enamines - green chemistry
