    Synthesis and biological evaluation of novel 5-hydroxylaminoisoxazole derivatives as lipoxygenase inhibitors and metabolism enhancing agents
    摘要:
    A versatile synthesis of novel 5-hydroxylaminoisoxazoles bearing adamantane moieties has been accomplished using the heterocyclization reactions of readily available unsaturated esters by the treatment with tetranitromethane in the presence of triethylamine and subsequent reduction of resulting 5-nitroisoxazoles by SnCl2 with the participation of THF. A number of obtained isoxazole derivatives were evaluated for their antioxidative activity, inhibition of lipoxygenases and impact on the rat liver mitochondria. The majority of tested compounds demonstrated moderate antiradical activity in DPPH test (up to EC50 16 mu M). The same compounds strongly inhibited soybean lipoxygenase (up to IC50 0.4 mu M) and Fe2+- and Fe3+-induced lipid peroxidation (LP) of rat brain cortex homogenate (up to IC50 0.3 mu M). All tested isoxazole derivatives promoted the phosphorylating respiratory activity simultaneously with maximal stimulated respiratory activity of mitochondria and do not reveal any toxicity towards the primary culture of rat cortex neurons.     An ink composition is provided that includes (A) an N-vinyllactam, (B) a polymerization initiator, (C) a basic compound, (D) a colorant, and (E) a dispersant, the content of the N-vinyllactam (A) being at least 15 wt % of the total weight of the ink composition, and the dispersant (E) being an acidic dispersant. There is also provided an inkjet recording method that includes (a1) a step of discharging the ink composition onto a recording medium, and (b1) a step of curing the ink composition by irradiating the discharged ink composition with actinic radiation. Furthermore, there is provided a printed material recorded by the inkjet recording method.

    An ink composition is provided that includes (A) a pigment, (B) a polymerizable monomer, (C) a polymerization initiator, and (D) a dispersant, the content of the pigment being no greater than 1 wt % of the entire ink composition, and the ratio (D/A) of the weight A of the pigment to the weight D of the dispersant in the ink composition satisfying the relationship 0.5 < D/A ≤ 15. There is also provided an inkjet recording method that includes (a1) a step of discharging the ink composition onto a recording medium, and (b1) a step of curing the ink composition by irradiating the discharged ink composition with actinic radiation. There is also provided a printed material recorded by the inkjet recording method. There is also provided an ink set comprising the ink composition.

    An ink set for inkjet recording is provided that includes at least a colored liquid comprising at least a radically polymerizable compound, a photopolymerization initiator, and a colorant and an undercoat liquid comprising at least a radically polymerizable compound and a photopolymerization initiator, the undercoat liquid comprising a sensitizer represented by Formula (I) below. In Formula (I) above, X denotes O, S, or NR, n denotes 0 or 1, R denotes a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, or an acyl group, and R1, R2, R3, R4, R5, R6, R7, and R8 independently denote a hydrogen atom or a monovalent substituent. There is also provided an inkjet recording method employing the ink set for inkjet recording, the method including a step of applying the undercoat liquid on top of a recording medium, a step of semi-curing the undercoat liquid, and a step of carrying out image formation by discharging the colored liquid on top of the semi-cured undercoat liquid.

    An ink composition is provided that includes (A) a compound having an ethylenically unsaturated double bond and a silicone chain, (B) a polymerizable monomer, and (C) a radical polymerization initiator, at least 75 wt % of the polymerizable monomer being a monofunctional polymerizable monomer selected from the group consisting of a monofunctional acrylate, a monofunctional methacrylate, a monofunctional vinyloxy compound, a monofunctional N-vinyl compound, a monofunctional ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid compound, a monofunctional acrylamide, and a monofunctional methacrylamide. There are also provided an inkjet recording method that includes (i-1) a step of discharging the ink composition onto a recording medium and (i-2) a step of curing the ink composition by irradiating the discharged ink composition with actinic radiation, a printed material formed by employing the inkjet recording method, and a molded printed material formed by subjecting the printed material to molding.
