    Desymmetrization of meso-aziridines with aromatic thiols was realized by using alpha-amino acids-derived chiral quaternary phosphonium salts catalysts to provide chiral beta-amino sulfides with high yields (up to 99%) and in moderate enantioselectivities (up to 70%).
