DAB饮食对大鼠肝脏还原酶系统的影响及对偶氮染料代谢的研究
本研究对大鼠进行DAB(对二甲氨基偶氮苯)饮食处理,并测定了其肝脏还原酶系统对DAB及相关染料的还原作用,以及脱甲基酶系统对DAB的N-脱甲基作用。为了明确酞酸在DAB代谢中的作用,还测定了添加或不添加酞酸钠的DAB饮食对大鼠肝脏酶活性的影响。结果显示,当与DAB同时给予β-羟乙基酞酸酯时,还原酶活性增加。
THE REDUCTASE ENZYME SYSTEM WHICH REDUCES P-DIMETHYLAMINOAZOBENZENE (DAB) & RELATED DYES & DEMETHYLASE ENZYME SYSTEMS WHICH N-DEMETHYLATE DAB ACTIVITIES OF LIVER FROM RATS FED THE DAB DIET WITH OR WITHOUT DISODIUM TEREPHTHALATE WERE MEASURED TO CLARIFY THE PARTICIPATION OF TEREPHTHALIC ACID IN DAB METABOLISM. BETA-HYDROXYETHYL TEREPHTHALATE INCREASED THE REDUCTASE ACTIVITY WHEN IT WAS GIVEN WITH DAB.
